Welcome to My Technology Fetish (mTF) by Chris Kenst, a Testing blog - hence the slogan “Testing. Technology.” Testing (software included) is a cognitive (or mental) process that only a sapient (or wise) person can perform. Testing has many aspects to it but essentially involves learning and investigating something with the goal of providing someone with information about it’s quality (whatever that means). Sounds easy enough.
Why a blog about Testing? One is the enjoyment of writing. Two is the experience of rapidly learning and investigating something and sharing what was uncovered. Third is the joy of sharing information and experiences while also opening ourselves to input from anyone else. Have a competing idea or theory? Leave a comment or two.
As a Testing blog we cover a lot of things technology including those directly and indirectly related to testing of said technology. At times we talk specifically about testing software, debate or discuss the software testing world and the things that influence the testing world. Other times we talk about testing individual technologies be it software, hardware, web applications or mobile apps and devices.
