Disable Hibernation in Windows 7

I don't know anyone that uses Hibernation anymore so when it appeared as an option on my shutdown menu in Windows 7 I was a little curious as to how to remove it. Below is an article from Microsoft on how to enable and disable Hibernation in Windows 7.

Really, you do not use hibernation? I honestly use about once a week. I suspend-to-ram when I close the lid on my laptop, but I will hibernate when I am going to be gone for a long while. I also have the desktops set to hibernate so when people hit the power button it goes to hibernate, but if they hold it down it powers off correctly.
