Diving Computer

This is a previous post from June of 2008:

I decided a few months ago that since the government was sending me money to spend, that I should spend it wisely. I decided I would try to find a new dive computer for the exact amount of the check. It was a toss up between getting a new dive computer (about $400) and a few new tanks, or try and find a used "holy grail" type computers.

Of course I opted to find one of the better "holy grail" computer, which I did - a Suunto Vytec. Check it out here:

The Vytec is a wrist computer, that wireless transmits my pressure from my tanks. It will sync with my computer so I can keep my dives logged digitally. I've only done a few dives and so far I'm loving it.
